Search engines may index publically available information from your online profile that is searchable by anyone on the Internet. Search engines do not have access to any Personal Contact Information contained within the fields of a profile, which are available only to paid members or registered caregivers of the Angel911.net service. Personal Contact Information is defined as an email address, phone number or physical street address.

The Use of Personal Contact Information

The personal contact Information you provide in your profile is made available on the Angel911.net website only to paying customers or registered caregivers who are claiming to seek a working relationship with you. No representations or warranties are made regarding the legitimacy of the claims to those who pay to access your Personal Contact Information. As a registered guest of Angel911.net, you may view, modify or delete your Personal Contact Information at will. The information you provide during registration may also be used to enable us to process, validate and verify services or your membership account. We may also use aggregated information to develop new features and services to better meet clients and members' needs. Internally, we may use aggregated and personally identifiable information to improve our marketing efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings as well as to customize our site's content and layout. This allows us to improve our site and better tailor your online experience to meet your needs. We also may use personally identifiable information about you to deliver information to you that in some cases is targeted to your interests, such as Angel911.net interview requests, available job offers, news, updates, and promotions. We use personally identifiable information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to contact any member at any time regarding their job placement membership account or other membership-related problems or questions. Angel911.net will disclose your personal contact information to assist law enforcement, prevent fraud and when subpoenaed by law to do so.

Control of Your Password

You may not disclose or share your password with any third parties. If despite the foregoing you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

Cookie Technology

We also employ cookie technology to help members move faster through our site. When a member logs in to Angel911.net, we may pass a cookie to the users computer. If the Site contains profiles, email systems, blogs, message boards, applications, job postings, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities ("Public Areas") that allow a User to communicate with any other User, Users do hereby expressly represent, understand and agree to use such community areas only to send and receive messages and material that are lawful, relevant and proper to the applicable forum. Any usage of the Site by any User that Angel911.net finds inappropriate and/or offensive in its sole discretion may result in immediate suspension or revocation of the privilege to use this Site. Angel911.net reserves the right to revoke or suspend the privilege of any user to use this Site at any time and at its sole discretion whether for any reason or no reason at all. Users agree not to:

• Restrict or inhibit any other User from using and enjoying the Public areas.
• Post the same note repeatedly (referred to as 'spamming'). Spamming is strictly prohibited.
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as, but not limited to, rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

• Upload files that contain software or other material that violates the intellectual property rights (or rights of privacy or publicity) of any third party.
• Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or Services that may damage the operation of another persons's computer.
• Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose on the Site which are not relevant to the services offered on the Site.
• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
• Impersonate another person or allow any other person or entity to use User's identification to post or view comments.
• Download any file posted by another User that a User knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed through the Site.

Eligibility Confirmation and Certification; The User Obligations
ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATION: By using this site, every User certifies that the User meets and will continue to meet the following conditions for as long as the user uses the Site or service:

1. The User is at least 18 years old and is legally authorized to work within the jurisdiction of the Canada  or the United States.
2. The User has not been convicted of a crime of any nature, including any felony or any misdemeanor of any kind, and has not been convicted of any sexual offenses; and
3. The User further represents that User is not currently out on bail or on User’s own recognizance pending trial, relating to any felony or misdemeanor charges or sexual offenses of any kind.

Angel911.net is only a Venue.

Angel911.net is a communications platform for enabling the connection between Users. Angel911.net does not take part in the interaction between Users. Angel911.net does not have control over the quality, timing or legality of services actually delivered by its Users. Angel911.net makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of the childcare provided by Users identified through the Site whether in public, private, or offline interactions. Due to the nature of the Internet and the difficulty of and restrictions on verifying individuals, Angel911.net does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be, however, Angel911.net has established a forum for Users to provide references and to conduct some screening activities. Angel911.net does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of this information or any information on this Site. Angel911.net does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability that may result from the use of any information available on or through the Site or in a background check report or other consumer report or identity report.

Miscellaneous

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as making either party the partner, joint venture, legal representative, employer, contractor or employee of the other. Neither party shall have, or hold itself out to any third party as having, any authority to make any statements, representations or commitments of any kind, or to take any action, that shall be binding on the other, except as provided for herein or authorized in writing by the party to be bound. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province Of Ontario In Canada. (excluding any rules governing choice of laws) and any legal proceeding arising out this Agreement will occur in the city of Mississauga in the Province Of Ontario In Canada. This Agreement will be binding on and will inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. This Agreement (and the policies referenced herein and incorporated by reference) constitutes the entire agreement between Angel911.net and Users with respect to the subject matter hereof, and Users have not relied upon any promises or representations by Angel911.net with respect to the subject matter except as set forth herein.
